My French Chef is available in multiple sizes and starts at $250. Inspired by the traditional European drop-point, this knife is a great all-purpose shape with a reaching point for detailed cuts. The french shape features a thinner tip, more delicate than my k-tip and recommended for more experienced chefs. Hand-forged from 10 series High Carbon steel, Heat-treated for strength and triple-tempered for flexibility. Handle material varies by availability but is always carefully selected. Hardwood, stabilized wood, hybrid burl, and micarta are all excellent options. Happy to accommodate custom requests.
